What's Actually Inside Cognifort+
Five named botanicals, each described in the terms their real research history actually supports.

Bacopa Monnieri
A creeping marsh herb used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries and the most studied botanical in this formula for memory support. Research on Bacopa consistently shows it working over weeks rather than days — trials looking at memory outcomes typically run 8 to 12 weeks.

Erinacine A-Enriched Lion's Mane
A functional mushroom widely used in cognitive support formulas. Erinacines are compounds found in the mycelium that have attracted research interest in relation to nerve health. Research here is genuinely interesting but still early — mostly at laboratory, animal, or small-trial stage.

Rhodiola Rosea Extract
An arctic root classed as an adaptogen, traditionally used during periods of stress and fatigue, included here to support mental endurance. It can be mildly stimulating for some people despite containing no caffeine, and has been discussed in relation to antidepressant medication.

Ginkgo Biloba
From one of the oldest surviving tree species on earth, with a long history in products supporting circulation and antioxidant defense. This is the ingredient with the most important safety notes in the formula: it may increase bleeding risk and can interact with anticoagulants.

Panax Ginseng Extract
One of the best-known botanicals in the world, traditionally used to support general vitality and mental energy. It has documented interactions worth raising with a pharmacist, including effects on blood glucose and anticoagulants.

What The Label Does Not Tell You
Being straightforward: the published product information names all five botanicals but does not state how much of each is in a capsule. Without those amounts, nobody — including us — can compare this formula against the doses used in published research on Bacopa, Ginkgo, or the others. The Supplement Facts panel is printed on the bottle itself, and you're entitled to see it before or after ordering.
Medication Interactions Worth Knowing
Ginkgo Biloba may increase bleeding risk and can interact with anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs including warfarin, aspirin and clopidogrel — it's usually stopped around two weeks before surgery, and it may be inadvisable for people with seizure disorders. Panax Ginseng may affect anticoagulants and blood glucose. Rhodiola has been discussed in relation to antidepressant medication. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before combining this formula with any prescription.
